1. Rodents got into my crawlspace ducting — is that something you clean, or does the duct need replacing?

   Both happen out here, and the honest answer depends on what we find under the floor. Flexible duct with chewed-through insulation, torn inner liner, or a collapsed section isn't worth cleaning. Air moves past the damage no matter how well we scrub it, and the nesting material comes right back through the opening. Sheet metal trunk lines in the older farmhouses and the 1970s–80s custom homes usually clean up fine even after a rodent season, as long as the seams are intact. 2. How far out are you usually booked for Wilton?

4. Can you come out same day?

   Sometimes, but it's not something we promise for Wilton. If we already have a crew working in southeastern Sacramento County and your property is on their way, we can often add you. A cold call for same-day service to an address fifteen or twenty minutes off the main roads is harder to make work, because it means pulling a crew off a scheduled job.
